Custom-made products
All our products — including Birdie Cards and Customized Logo Tags — are made to order based on the customer’s specific course selection, engraving details, or personalization choices.
Because of this, these items are exempt from the standard 14‑day return right under Danish consumer law.
This means we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized products unless the item is faulty or produced incorrectly.

We want you to receive exactly the product you ordered.
If your Birdie Card or Logo Bag Tag is incorrect, defective, poorly engraved, or otherwise not as described, you can submit a complaint within 30 days of receiving your order.

If we approve your complaint, we will produce and ship a new replacement product free of charge.
